The Levels School is an independent specialist day school offering high quality education and exemplary pastoral care to students with a range of complex, specific learning differences that may include speech, language, and communication needs. 
We understand the journey our families and their children have been on before they get to us. That is why one of our core values is compassion - we get it!

At The Levels School, education is about your child. We see them as the individual. Their educational outcomes, spiritual and moral development, their mental and physical wellbeing and eventual independence and employability, all matter greatly to us with equal measure. What over-arches all of this for us is their happiness.

The TLS Story
On 1st April, 2020, Bradley Middleton & Gian Floris decided to create an SEN school...
Brad, himself dyslexic, recognised the need in Somerset for a local school for children with specific learning difficulties after the closure of another SEN school in March 2020. His vision was to build a school which had:

dedicated, approachable and enthusiastic staff who understood and related easily to children;

targeted and specialist teaching provision;

an almost bespoke curriculum designed to meet individual needs and interests;

a sense of community where everyone at the school celebrated neurological diversity and every child could feel confident enough to take risks in their education without the fear of failing or of reproach from others.
