Brad has  worked in education for the past 11 years, both in the PE department as a sports coach and in pastoral care supporting students.  He also supports a young adult with autism in his spare time.

Prior to this, Brad attended Millfield School where he represented Somerset County for cricket and captained England schools for  football. Brad went on to then play football for Cardiff City FC. 

His drive and passion has always been to help children with specialist learning needs, especially due to being dyslexic himself.  After overcoming his own struggles and hurdles during his school life he strives to ensure all students have the best possible chance in school to be the best version of themselves and to achieve their dreams and desires. 

When Brad is not working he enjoys spending time with his family. His hobbies are golf and football.
