Alison Jeffries, Teacher
Alison started her career teaching in universities, but her love of teaching and helping students to learn led her to retrain as a Primary teacher and then as a SEN specialist. For most of her career she has worked as a specialist teacher in schools with specialist Dyslexia provision. She has also been a SENCo in a mainstream maintained school.
Alison has an M.Ed and specialist post graduate qualifications in teaching Dyslexic children, and in assessment. Alison is a full member of Patoss, and a member of the Dyselxia Guild. She is an experienced assessor.
In her spare time, she loves walking with her dogs, and singing in a local choir.
